Why And How To Detox

Why Detox

A whole body cleanse is designed to release toxins from storage in the body’s cells and tissues.

Most often the storage site is the adipose, or fat tissue. More adipose tissue allows for more storage of toxins; toxins can even block the removal of adipose tissue, or weight loss. Continue reading to learn about the benefits for detoxing your body.

A periodic detox or whole body cleanse can help to:

  • Improve your digestion
  • Enhance metabolism and weight loss
  • Decreased pain and inflammation
  • Improve the immune system
  • Increase energy
  • Improve performance and recovery
  • Improve sleep

How To Detox:

Liver C supports and stimulates liver cell regeneration and increases liver function. Great for a detox or general liver support.

Lipotropic Complex combines phytonutrients and bile salts to support healthy reactions in the liver as part of a complete whole body cleanse.

Buffered vitamin C powder allows for high dosing without suffering from digestive upset. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that assists in protecting the body from the side effects of detox and assists in digestive function ensuring toxins are eliminated.

Fiber Formula is an all-natural cleansing formula made of fiber and herbs that can be safely used on a daily basis, for people who want fiber in a pill form instead of powder.

MediClear contains the cofactor vitamins, minerals, and protein necessary for detoxification and liver support. In addition to providing protein, it also serves as a multivitamin and mineral and contains anti-inflammatory nutrients.

We recommend using all of the above supplements together for a comprehensive whole body detox.

Hi Alex – I’m not sure what you’re referring to. But I can tell you that anything that makes you move your bowels excessively isn’t a detox – it’s just a laxative and there’s a big difference. Detoxification begins in the cells and most importantly the liver – sure, you need to move the bowels to get the junk out but that’s not the same as taking something that causes a laxative effect.

I see on the page where you can select the supplements that there is a detox supplement, but it’s not on this list to take with the detox. Where does it come in? Thanks!
