I like to have a 'run-up' to the new year, and traditionally "New Year's Day" is December 26th for me. A big part of this is deciding on my training plan for the winter, and focusing on my race calendar. If you're like me, you enjoy the training but a bit of competition mixed in helps to keep you motivated. A great way to do this are some indoor triathlons.
