Indoor Triathlons

Indoor Triathlons

I like to have a 'run-up' to the new year, and traditionally "New Year's Day" is December 26th for me. A big part of this is deciding on my training plan for the winter, and focusing on my race calendar. If you're like me, you enjoy the training but a bit of competition mixed in helps to keep you motivated. A great way to do this are some indoor triathlons. Local Ironwoman coach Wendy Mader of T2 Coaching offers 3 of these this winter and spring, and the first one is coming up on January 16th. They are short and sweet, with a 15 minute swim, ride and run. Check it out!
