After an investigation by the New York Attorney General’s office, 78 different products taken from big-box retailers - GNC, Target, Wal-Mart and Walgreens –were found to not only contain little to none of the label ingredients, but were also adulterated with fillers like houseplants, beans, wheat, rice, asparagus and other unidentified plant material.
