Price Value Quality Thorne makes really good products and so far I really like this one in particular. Training for an ironman and magnesium plays a big role in my recovery. I also am trying to eat more foods with magnesium as well but this helps when I am traveling. (Posted on 6/9/11)

Price Value Quality My body has a tough time absorbing magnesium and after long workouts my muscles would always "freeze" or lock up. Sometimes embarrasing as I would sometimes not be able to take a step or shake someones hand. Tremendous results after taking this and all my symptoms went away. Great product and it is cheap.
